Think Ahead to Colder Days

With the colder days of winter fast approaching, it's time to think ahead to the comfort of your favorite canine pal. When you take your dog for a walk, if he is a smaller breed or has a short coat; he will feel the chill of winter winds a little more than a breed that is built to withstand the cold.

You can help your dog to remain warm and comfortable during a walk by getting him a little helper in the form of a coat or parka. A nice warm parka such as the Everest Snow Parka will keep your dog warm and cozy. This well made parka is made of quilted water resistant nylon on the outside and an insulated lining on the inside to keep your dog's body heat held close to his body and keep his body temperature warm so he doesn't get chilled.

This fun parka even has a fashionable faux fur trim to keep your pooch at the height of fashion. It has a velcro closure so it is as easy to put on as it is to take off your dog and best of all, it comes in several sizes to fit most dogs. The small size is 8 inches and the XX-large size is 26 to 30 inches. It's simple to measure your dog to insure you get the right size parka. Simple take a measuring tape and measure your dog from the base of his neck to the base of his tail. If you have a wiggly dog, use a piece of string and lay it next to the measuring tape and you should have an accurate measurement.
